This program is an opportunity to EMBODY honesty, faith and hope. Each session will include an overview of each principle, meditation, Yoga practice and discussion.

HOW: On Zoom – no need to leave your home. When we do this work in a circle of women it is more affordable and collaborative and you get to meet like-minded souls on the same path.
