Just the Basics is a class for those who have never taken a yoga class before or for those who missed the opportunity to get a great foundation for Yoga. (We all need a foundation for our Yoga.) OR – you just need an easy-peasy yoga class. This class will be a friendly and accessible introduction to such mysteries as how to sit on the floor, use props, and practice simple poses like table, down dog, and easy twists. Time to take away the myth that you have to touch your toes to take a yoga class.
Just 4 weeks -February 4, 11, 18, 25- 6-7 p.m.
Bring your friends, spouse, sister, daughter, son – introduce them to Yoga virtually with an experienced certified 500-RYT in the comfort of your home.
You will need a Yoga Mat, 2 yoga blocks, yoga blanket, yoga belt. You can get these items usually at Target, Five Below, Amazon, Yoga Direct, Yoga Accessories. We can always improvise everything except the Yoga Mat.
