I have been a student of Yoga for 25 years. My home studio has been Sun and Moon Yoga for all of those years. Certified as a E-RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, I am also a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging teacher. I am also honored to be on the faculty of Sun and Moon’s Teacher Training Program.
This Fall I am offering a class each week to assist you in extending your healthy life while aging. I LOVE teaching – please join a group of yogis who are committed to their healthy aging each week on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The practices include static, dynamic, and restorative poses focused on flexibility, agility, balance and strength. This class is appropriate for anyone who’s looking to take their yoga with them through many years ahead. We call you SUPER AGERS!
