They say I am a deep listener. I hear and feel things others do not. I am also an Introvert, sensitive and an empath. One of the greatest gifts that I was given in this lifetime was a spiritual mentor who totally understood who I was and helped me see ME. She validated and told me how much the world needed me just as I was. She helped me see that spending time and effort to be what others wanted me to be was not working – manifesting as anxiety, and depression. She then gave me the tools and the space to find my way through to an authentic, successful, emotionally mature woman.
