Yoga Nidra with Rixie – Friday Evenings – On Pause until September 2022

Completely allow yourself to deeply relax and let go on a Friday evening with my very special Yoga Nidra.

Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness as an antidote to our chronically exhausted, over-stimulated world.

Yoga nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.

We will also experience each week a lesson on the 5 Koshas and the Mudras that enhance them.

All are welcome. There is no movement.  This is a guided meditation and you will be lying down – preferably on a flat surface – and just following my voice – Wear comfortable, warm clothes. Bring 2 pillows with you and a snuggly blanket
