Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on the feet enabling the body to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury, or disease, the body is in a state of “imbalance,” and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing.  It’s a tool in your holistic program of well-being 🙂

I will be taking the following precautions:

1) I am vaccinated and also the booster.

2) Only vaccinated individuals to receive treatment.  Masks are optional.

3) All my sessions are for one hour.

I will have you pay in advance of your appointment.
